The public service, as well as other parties, has a role to develop and dignify the country towards prosperity and glory. Planning, preparation, adaptation, and dedication of all civil servants are crucial in providing the best service to the people when faced with a myriad of challenges.

The foundation of individual and organisational values, namely THE G.R.E.A.T CIVIL SERVICE (Good Governance, Responsible, Empathy, Accountable, and Tenacity of Purpose) needs to be translated into action in line with the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI. The public service of the Malaysia MADANI era needs to have good practices that includes having a sense of urgency, integrity, consistent implementation of governance improvements, going down to the ground to deal with issues, and moving as a group by avoiding a silo mentality.

As the backbone of the National administration, the public service department needs to constantly enhance and elevate the quality of service delivery for the benefit of the people and the country.
