- To enhance the quality of human resource management through research and human resource planning of the public sector
- To strengthen the function of PSD in managing human resource policies through research and macro policy planning.
- To strengthen the effectiveness of PSD through coordination of public sector human resource policies.
- Conducts researches, impact studies and evaluation of human resource management policies.
- Plans the needs and macro projection of public sector human resourcesr
- Establishes strategic collaborations with local and international public organisations in the areas of human resource management.
- Coordinates comments/feedback of PSD for cabinet meetings, key government meetings, parliamentary sessions and international organisations.
- Provides secretarial services for top management meetings (MPT), special meetings and PSD’s Strategic Planning Meetings.
- Coordinates the implementation of the performance assessment for the Public Service Top Management Officers (PPTPA) Tier 1
- Plans and manages the Public Service Human Resource Strategic Plan (PSSM)
- Coordinates the implementation of public policies entrusted to PSD.
- Plans for the needs and macro projection of the public sector human resources [Public Service Human Resource Plan] (PTM).
- Plans and develops continuous improvement initiatives for the public sector human resources (PMSMSA).
- Plans and conducts researches on issues related to public sector human resource development (KKIPSM).
- Establishes strategic collaborations with local and international public organizations in the areas of human resource management
- Coordinates comments/feedback of PSD for cabinet meetings, key government meetings, parliamentary sessions and international organisations.
- Provides secretarial services for MPT, special meetings and PSD’s Strategic Planning Meetings
- Coordinates the implementation of the performance assessment for the PPTPA Tier 1.
- Conducts research, impact studies and evaluations of human resource management policies.
- Prepares/coordinates inputs related to current policies.
- Coordinates and prepares documentation for KPPA programmes
- Plans and manages publications (Varia Ranah, MyINFO and Fraksi Kreasi newsletter)
- Coordinates the content for MyPPSM portal, PSD’s data sharing and high-impact programmes.
- Manages office administration, human resources, asset, store and financial, as well as coordinates functions in the Division.
