Quotations/tenders will be advertised in:

1. The ePerolehan website;
2. The official portal of PSD;
3. Notice boards; and
4. Newspapers (for tenders).

The advertisement contains the following information:

1. The Department that requests for the quotation;
2. Quotation title, qualification requirements for the bidders;
3. Registration Field/Class/Head; and
4. The venue, date, and time of the submission and closing of the quotation.

Companies registered with the ePerolehan System will have access to the information and may participate in the quotations and tenders online.

Representatives of the company must be present in person at the Procurement and Asset Sector, Level 9, Block C1 by bringing the company’s profile, related documents and company seal. Company information will be registered, and the company will be contacted based on the information provided.
