Public Service Department (JPA) congratulates Muhamad Saiful Hakimi bin Daud, 24, for being recognised College of Earth and Mineral Sciences’, Engineering Honor Marshal at Pegula Ice Arena, Pennsylvania State University on 3 May, 2019. He is the first Malaysian student to be named for the award with a perfect score of 4.0 cumulative GPA.
