Empowering staff to participate more actively and take greater responsibility for their work, adhering to the underlying conditions under which their duties are carried out.

Encouraging staff to engage in discussions to gain further insight into the administration of various departments.
Facilitation
Providing facilities to enhance the efficiency and organization of the Public Service Department, as well as allocating resources to receive suggestions and proposals from staff regarding these matters.
